Tips for a healthy eating for your kids

Some foods are attractive, some are not. Children have some peculiar tastes when it’s about food. At the beginning of our live, our bigger contact with the world it’s through our mouth, but sometimes when it’s about fruits this behavior shuts down. Kids start rejecting this kind of food, smell and color are the biggest enemies, and than they don’t get enough nutrients.

There are a few creative ways to go around this problem. You can make the fruits different by changing it’s shape, like for an example, you can make little faces at the fruits or even little houses!

Another way to make it better is to take the kids to the market, so they can see where the fruit comes from and can interact more with it.

At last, it’s always good to remember that the biggest example are the parents or the people who care for the child, that’s why it’s important for them to eat lots of fruits and vegetables so the kids can relate with their parents.
