Tapioca, a new dish to try

Have you ever thought to replace bread for a tapioca? Yes, it’s possible and much more healthier. The tapioca is a typical food  from North Brazil, it’s made out of manioc. Because it’s not made with wheat, it’s gluten free!

This kind of food can be sweet or salty, you choose what you what to put in it. If you want to make it low calories, it’ recommended that you put chia seeds and fruits.

The tapioca is made in the fridge, and you can put anything you want in them, like fruits, cheese and ham, honey, the sky is the limit when it comes to tapioca!
