Fruits of march

Almost every month we have a change in fruit types. This month we are featuring other fruits, check them out!

The first fruit is the avocado, it begins in March and goes until April. It helps fight mental fatigue and it is rich in vitamins A, B6, C and E.

Another fruit is the khaki. It has vitamins C and E, iron, phosphate, calcium and zinc.

The coconut is at the end crop, this s your last chance to eat it and to take advantage of its vitamins A, B1, B2, B5 and C.

A very strong fruit of this time of the year is the lime. Rich in vitamin C, it helps dissolve kidney stones and to unclog veins. It’s one of the most used fruits, it can be used to make sweets and salty dishes.
