The fruit that helps your skin

The papaya is a really important fruit and everybody should eat it. It helps cleaning our digestive system and it also has many nutrients, like lycopene and vitamin C, that’s the vitamin that’s going to help our skin, and vitamin A, that reduces hair loss.


The vitamin C is really important for our skin, it helps to uniform our skin tone and also helps to produce more collagen. The lycopene is an antioxidant that helps prevent skin damage.


When applied to the skin, the papaya can reduce spots caused by black heads and pimples.


To make a cream for your skin, the papaya can be mixes with yogurt, honey, lemon juice and egg whites.
