Pitaia is a fruit that’s rich in nutrients and low on calories. It’s skin can be pink or yellowish. Pitaia is an indigenous word that means “fruit with scales”, that’s why it’s also known by dragon-fruit.
In the middle, the fruit is white with little seed. It is rich in vitamins A, B and C and fibers.
