The papaya also haves papain, that helps to break proteins, making it easier to the stomach to absorb it.
Because it haves a high magnesium concentration, the avocado helps to relax your bowel muscles. This fruit also helps stabilize sugar at your body and blood.
Oranges and pears have a high quantity of fibers, at that makes the bowel traffic better. To make the bowel work better, you should eat one or two slices of orange before you go to bed, so that in the next day it’s ready to start working.
