Baby foods: mango

Fruits are essential for our diets and they are even more important for kids, but, at this age, not all of them like fruits. This is the second text of our baby food series and it will definitely be easier to give your baby fruits with these recipes. Today we are going to teach you how to make mango baby food. It’s super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • ½ mango

How to do it  

  1. Peel the mango and chop it in little cubes;
  2. Put the chopped mango in a pan;
  3. Take the pan to the low fire and let it cook until it is soft;
  4. If needed, add some water so it wont stick to the pan;
  5. Knead it with a fork.
